Where the buildings are
Downtown carries the deepest choice: 12 of the 46 centres sit in 80202, on 17th Street, the 16th Street Mall, Market Street and Wewatta. The Denver Tech Center (80237) follows with eight — South Syracuse, South Ulster, East Union Avenue. Cherry Creek and Congress Park (80206) add five around Fillmore and Cook Streets, the Glendale cluster on Colorado Boulevard four, and RiNo (80205) three on Blake Street and Park Avenue West.
The bottom and the top of the range
The lowest rate on the board is $1.16 per ft² at 600 17th Street, Suite 2800; South Broadway 5601 and the Wells Fargo Center floor on South Lincoln Street both open at $1.51, and 4643 S. Ulster Street at $1.45. At the other end, fully fitted floors price flat at $6.32 per ft² — 16 Market Square, Fillmore Place, DTC Corporate Center III and 8354 Northfield Boulevard all sit there — while 357 S. McCaslin Blvd in Louisville tops the catalogue at $6.97.
If you do not want a lease
Every one of the 46 centres also sells space by the seat: a coworking desk from $385 a month, a meeting room from $120, a business address from $110 and a virtual office from $100. For a team under six people those numbers usually beat a conventional lease once fit-out, furniture and build time are counted.
